Shipping

Gentlux ships within the United States only, from American Fork, Utah. Checkout confirms whether shipping is available for your address. If no rate appears for your address, email contact@gentlux.com before ordering.

Processing

We hand orders to the carrier within two business days, Monday–Friday, excluding postal holidays. Carrier transit time is additional. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you with an update and available options.

United States shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $8 for orders below $70.
• Free standard shipping: orders of $70 or more.
• Express shipping: $15 where offered at checkout.

The checkout total confirms the shipping charge before payment. Eligibility for order-value rates is based on the qualifying merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes. Express refers to the shipping service and does not bypass order-processing time. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping area

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

Tracking and delivery

We email tracking details when available. Creating a shipping label does not mean the carrier has received the parcel. Carrier tracking begins after acceptance and may take time to update. An order may be sent in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers.

For an address correction, cancellation, delayed shipment, missing delivery or damaged parcel, email contact@gentlux.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will confirm whether an address or cancellation change is still possible and help investigate delivery problems.
