Effective October 22, 2026. This online store is operated by Gentlux LLC ("Gentlux," "we," "us"). Shopify provides the platform that powers our store. Questions about these terms or an order can be sent to contact@gentlux.com.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You must have legal capacity to place an order or permission from a parent or legal guardian where required. Do not attempt to interfere with the store, misuse another person’s payment details or submit fraudulent orders.

Products and descriptions

We sell Gentlux silk pillowcases. A single contains one pillowcase; a pair contains two, as described in the selected offer. Pillow inserts and styling props are not included. Colors may appear different across screens and lighting. Some styled images are AI-generated visualizations based on Gentlux product references. Refer to the selected product’s written details for the items included, size and care information. Follow the care label attached to your pillowcase.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless checkout expressly shows another currency. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Your order total is the amount shown at checkout. Discounts and promotional offers apply only under their stated conditions. We may change prices for future purchases; changes do not automatically alter an existing accepted order.

Orders and availability

Review your items, color, quantity, address and total before submitting payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to stock availability, payment approval and fraud checks. If an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected amount. We will not substitute a different color without your agreement. Any cancellation or refusal will be handled consistently with applicable law.

Shipping and cancellations

Our Shipping policy explains rates, processing and tracking. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Contact us promptly to request cancellation or an address change. We will confirm whether the order can still be stopped or changed; once dispatched, the applicable return process applies.

Returns and refunds

Our Return and refund policy explains the 30-day request period, item condition, postage and refund process. It also explains how to report wrong, damaged or defective goods. No statement in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and payments

Your use of the store and purchases involve processing described in our Privacy policy. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Do not send card numbers, passwords or verification codes to our support email.

Store content and third-party services

Gentlux branding, photography and written content may not be copied or used commercially without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party links and services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are responsible for our obligations as the seller; Shopify is the store platform.

Availability and corrections

We aim to keep store information accurate and available, but may correct errors, update content or temporarily interrupt the site. If a correction materially affects an existing order, we will contact you rather than silently changing your purchase.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by applicable Utah and United States law, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Updated terms apply prospectively from the effective date stated on this page; they do not retrospectively remove rights connected with a completed purchase.
